We've been taking our pups to Dogtopia for several years now, and love the "peace of mind" knowing our pups are happy and well-cared for by a very friendly and caring staff when we can't take them on vacation with us. I love the friendly staff members. Larry comes hope exhausted due to all the playing he gets to do during the day. We used the grooming services for the first time and he smelled nice and fresh and felt really soft.
I love the personalized service and how everybody that works there knows my dog and is happy to see him when he comes in the door, and is sad to see him leave. It's nice knowing he's comfortable being there so that when we have to leave him, we know he's in good hands.

They really worked with me with my special circumstance. My dog wasn't able to come in for a long time due to medical needs and they still allowed me to use my pass by extending expiration date. Finally took her back and it's such a relief that I can now go on travel without worry.

The staff is always friendly. I also like the new report cards they give on how the dog acted. I like that their are cameras but seem to have a problem getting it to load on my iphone.
