After a single visit....my pup's name was known by the associates. We are always warmly greeted at drop-off and pick-up. The convenient operating hours. The extra mile...report cards...an unexpected bath...I know he is safe in your care.
Every time we come in every one is very warm and always greets Rusty(our dog) so openly and excited for him to play. They always know his likes and dislikes. The staff always double checks his food in take, any treats, and makes sure he always has his bed in his crate at rest time. We love it at Dogtopia and love that we can see Rusty having fun and running around on the webcams.
My dog came back smelling like a bed of roses! She was so happy and tired when I picked her up, she slept for two days. The staff is wonderful, caring and understanding. Thank you so much!
Staff were very welcoming, and knew our dog by his name by the second time we dropped him off. Rocco had a great time staying at Dogtopia, and we appreciated the fact that he was just as tired as we were after a day of traveling! I loved getting a picture of him having fun, as well as information about his playmates (on the postcards that get sent home with them). I felt that it was a great service for the money, and we will definitely be back in the future!
I enjoy the overall care that Cooper receives at Dogtopia. He is always excited to go to Dogtopia, and very tired when he leaves from all of the playing. I also appreciate the webcams, so that I can check up on my buddy no matter where I am.
What is not to like?! We love the convenient hours, the friendly, caring staff, and how the staff personally know our dogs and their personality styles! Also, the convenient grooming and birding services! We love having a home away from home for our dogs...who are just as important at Dogtopia as they are to us!

I like that your facilities are kept clean and that the dogs aren't kept in kennels the entire time they are boarded. My dogs seem to enjoy going there so they must have a good time there!
I like that the dogs aren't just left in kennels all day. We really enjoyed the postcard with the picture of Shammy and his friends. We like the cameras - it helps reassure us that he is having a good time. There have been some times when it doesn't seem like the camera function was working.

The staff is always courteous and on top of things. They get to know their dogs and their needs and treat them like members of their own families.

There are so many things that we love about Dogtopia. The minute you walk in, you can feel how excited they are to see you and your pet. All of the employees, as well as the owner do not treat this as a job....you can tell that they love your pets as much as you do. Everyone on the staff goes above and beyond to make your pet comfortable and happy while you are gone. The facilities are top notch and cleaniness is a top priority. There is no other place we would leave our Golden....for an hour or for a week. Thanks Dogtopia!!

Dogtopia does such an outstanding job grooming my goldendoodle, Molly. She is always happy to visit Dogtopia.
Everyone I have come in contact with genuinely cares about my dogs. I like how my dogs are cared for and that someone is in the room with my dogs at all times. I also like that I can watch them online. It is obvious that my dogs are happy when I pick them up.
Our dog loves going to Dogtopia and is completely exhausted when she comes home which is the entire reason we use doggy daycare. The reasons we chose Dogtopia over other places: clean, webcam is awesome, friendly/professional staff for both owners and dog, hours are convienent.

Friendly, cheerful staff. Was concerned about kenneling our dog but as soon as we toured your omaha facility my mind was at ease. Clean surroundings staff that truely loves our 4 legged family member as much as we do and when we take Scanp to Dogtopia we can tell that he loves it their as well. I have recommended your services to many friends some of whom have just became pet owners for the first time. They have felt the same way keep up the great job
We really like to watch our dog friend on the webcam. Also, we are always so impressed by the staff and how they immediately know who are dog is when he walks in the door.
The caring staff is the best!! They know me and my dog even though we only go up once a week. They genuinely care about the animals and it shows in the way my dog responds to the staff as soon as we walk in the door. They are like family. I get feedback about my dog's day and she comes home tired and content. It has to be her favorite place ever.
