Friendliness and attentiveness of your staff.
I do however have two request. :)
I would like to ask that dogtopia consider alternating employees lunch hours so that the dogs can play all day long instead of a two hour plus naptime. I personally do not feel that two hours is necessary. You can choose to close down your front office for two hours but our dogs do not need two hour nap time. I know our dog naps when he feels he is tired. Another request/consideration for dogtopia to offer hourly service. Thank you for all that you all do.

I love Dogtopia! My lab mix, Molly, has a blast every time she goes to daycare. She gets excited when we turn into the parking lot and doesn't stop playing all day. I like that I can check up on her via the webcams, and appreciate all the feedback Dogtopia staff members provide when I pick her up. Molly is a one-year-old lab/border collie mix, so it takes a lot to tire her out. A day at Dogtopia does the trick!

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere

My pups have their second home with Dogtopia. They love the kind staff and all of their friends they get to play with and enrich thier lives.

Efficient drop off and pick up and friendly staff

Personalized/ always seem to know who I am and my dog's name when I call/ very friendly...and complimentary of my dog! We all love our "grandkids" (in my case/granddog!) bragged on! :-) Molly always appears happy and well cared for when we pick her up/ she is always thrilled when we get there...seems to remember it......and can't wait to get back behind those doors and PLAY!
I feel that Molly is cared for and is SECURE...that is a big thing....SECURITY AND SAFETY!

I boarded my dog there for close to a week, and it was wonderful to know that during that time he was not only in a safe environment but also one in which he could have fun. It was the best boarding experience we've had, and he honestly came back a more calm and well-socialized animal (clearly seen when we take him for walks now).

I love that it's a safe controlled environment with skilled supervision where Ares can burn off a lot of energy.

The facilities look clean and the dogs seem happy to be there. An on-site groomer is also a plus.

It would be great to see a groom package that has a bath, nail trim and ear cleaning. Our dog has short hair, so he doesn't need much but a bath, so adding ear cleaning and nail trim would be great to see.

Phenominal staff. Very clean. Love the doggie cams. Also love the shopping and will be trying out the grooming.

They really care about my pup and his parents. After a recent absence, Dogtopia called to make sure our dog was ok and then sent home a bag full of treats and toys after learning the dogs were home during a burglary . That is caring and service!!! We love Dogtopia!

Our dogs look forward to going to daycare. They know when we turn the corner where they are going and start to wiggle. Staff tell us they are very patient during nail trims, which is somewhat of a miracle since both dogs HATE to get their nails done. The dogs' behavior tells me more about Dogtopia than any review ever could!
