Friendly, welcoming staff. An attendant is always with the dogs while their playing. The staff remembers my dog by name when I bring him in - which is only once a week. Clean environment.

While I was waiting to pick up my dog yesterday from being boarded for 9 days a woman was waiting on her dog who was having an evaluation. She asked if I would recommend Dogtopia, and without hesitation I told her ABSOLUTELY!! I think she was sold.

We went for the initial evaluation. I was impressed with the process, store and facility are clean and staff was friendly. We are moving to the area so needed to find a new dog daycare/boarding location and were impressed with Dogtopia.

I love how everyone is so friendly, and remembers me and my dog Mae, especially since we only go to Dogtopia a couple times a month. I really do try to get all my friends with dogs to go to Dogtopia whenever they are in need for some doggie socialization or doggie daycare!

I really liked how we could visit and bring our puppy for an evaluation all at once.... It's well worth the investment!!!

We feel Jack is safe in your hands. We know he has lots of fun. The staff can tell us who he plays with during the day, which tells us they know each dog individually. The staff seems happy in their work. Jack had an injury (not related to Dogtopia) about a year ago and they know to keep a close eye on him so he doesn't get to tired. Most important, Jack is always happy and exhausted when he gets home.

I love the care and attention my dog receives at Dogtopia. When we have to leave her there overnight or for a few days, I know she is going to treated very well, and have lots of fun! I think Dogtopia is worth every cent!

I love that my dogs receive individual attention and have continuous stimulation and activity all day--not stuck in a kennel all day. I trust that my dogs will be happy, and most importantly, safe while they're there.

Staff members are always polite and cheerfully greet us during drop-off and pick-up, calling our four legged children by name. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Frequently, they provide 'report cards' with specific details of behaviors and new friends. The staff continuously monitors pup interactions and they are quick to diffuse any negative/rough play that might lead to injury. They are also attentive to specific feeding and medication requirements. When boarding, we've never had cause for concern about our pups getting their food/meds on schedule. Also, the web cam service is great. We can see how the kids are doing throughout the day no matter where we are. Best of all, our pups are excited about being dropped off and have all of their excess energy exhausted at the end of a full day of play!

Overall staff and very clean business

It's the feeling of family as soon as you arrive. The staff know all dogs by name and even though on occasion it's a while before I can get back in not only do they remember my dog but all the stuff going on in my life, just like a best friend would. My daughter comes in from New York with her Corgi about 3 times a year. As soon as we walk in they all say "hello Zero we've missed you". I had to spend two weeks in the hospital recently and had to board my boy. Well Tracy the office manager sent me emails and photos letting me know how he was. I can't praise this day care enough. They are the best.

I like the webcam. Gives me peace of mind to be able to look up play time during the day.

I love knowing that my dog is playing and exercising all day long rather than being stuck in a kennel. It also makes me happy that the employees all know my dog and are happy to see him on our infrequent visits. It is great that my dog is so excited everytime we arrive at Dogtopia... he knows it's going to be a great time!

I like that the dogs get to play with other dogs and not be crated the entire time. I like how everyone there is so enthusiastic and treat our dogs like they are their own. I like that they get to go outdoors. It is all so well organized. And my dogs love it. They come home and sleep for 2 days because they are so worn out from playing!!

Everything--our dog loves going to daycare and we love that we can send her somewhere that she will be supervised and be able to play with other dogs. It's great for her physical and social development and helps burn some of that never ending energy for us here at home
