I know that there are several places that could provide good care for Pink, but she gets so anxious that it reassures me to be able to check in on her. She hates the car, so I know she cannot come with us when we drive somewhere, but I can check on the app and see that she is safe and well at Dogtopia. You deal with her anxiety well, and understand that she needs quiet time and calm dog friends, and I am grateful for that too!

All of the employees were very friendly! Loved the report card that I got when I picked up my dog too. The app with access to the cameras is really reassuring that my pup is in good hands.

I have been bringing my two dogs to Natalie for grooming for quite some time. She does an excellent job and I highly recommend her services.

The staff is always super friendly and they seem to really care for the dogs that come in! Love the webcams so I can check in on my dog, which I do often! I also like how they allow you to bring blankets from home for them to sleep with.

I love that my dog gets to be out and about, while socializing! I don't worry as much since i can check up on him via the app.

Love the boarding and daycare, that they keep track of everything for your dog. My dog loves daycare. One thing that happened most recently was that I asked to have my dog bathed after boarding for almost a week. I didn’t want the nails and ears done because your other location had just done that the week before. When I got him he was wet and I had to request that he be dried. I also discovered later that they didn’t shampoo him. I was very disappointed. So will not use that service again.

A safe place to play all day instead of being locked up at home. I know he enjoys it from how happy he is to go there. I can check in with the webcams. Lots of services offered in house. All around great place!

The hours , Clean place, to early to tell about the staff yet been there once for meet and greet but seem to care about dogs,I would like to see small groups or more attendants in the room to watch over the them

Dogtopia is a great franchise! When visiting Omaha I was able to bring my dog to play even though our home is in TX where he is a regular at the Plano TX facility. My dog loved it and was excited to go back the next day. I can always feel confident that my dog is well cared for. I love the webcams! It's so fun to watch the dogs interact.

The young folks who take care of our dogs, give us the impression they ENJOY and LIKE our pets! Our pets surely DO LOVE TO GO there and begin barking excitedly as we turn into the parking lot!

I like how you approach dog daycare and boarding like a fun retreat instead of an imprisonment and offer a range of services to keep pets happy and healthy. Your staff is always friendly and helpful and your prices are reasonable which makes it an easy decision for us to choose dogtopia instead of trying to find a pet sitter through rover or other apps/services like that.

Great options for member packages and very flexible for daycare and boarding. They call if there is ever a question with care, etc.
