I like being able to book boarding appointments online. The staff is always friendly. I enjoy being able to see the dogs on the app using the camera.
I love the meet and greet introduction protocol. It’s a great idea for dogs who are a little skittering or scared and doesn’t overwhelm them. My dog starts whining about a block away and tries to jump out of car to get in the doors of Dogtopia, that makes me happy.
Your employers act like they truly want to be there. That is very comforting.
LUCY must have had fun. Was pooped when Iwe got home. Everyone was very nice and helpful at Dogtopia.
I know my dogs will get to play all day rather than being kenneled.

I like that the dogs have a lot of space to walk around and to play and are not in kennels all day and get good care also with cameras in the facility I can check on my dog most of the day also caring people work at Dogtopia
The flexibility
It’s a very clean and friendly environment so I always feel safe having my pup spend her day there. I also love being able to check on her via the camera to see what she’s up to!
The webcam was very helpful. I loved being able to watch my dog when he was there boarding over the weekend!
Dogs are not stuck in cages all day.
The 6:30 am drop off. We have been using Dogtopia for 5 years. The one thing I’m not crazy about is no pools for the dogs. Ours is a black lab who loves playing in the water. I was very disappointed to hear this week that unfortunately no longer doing this because some don’t want their dogs getting wet. Although I can appreciate that, I think you may need to decide how to accommodate this paying customers who do want you to continue that option.
I like the friendly staff and nice, clean environment. Also, the hours of operation are extremely helpful given my work schedule. Best of all, Gage came home completely tired out after a day of play time! Thank you.
