Staff are friendly and the facility is very clean. Love the open play concept and being able to watch my puppy on webcam! The only thing I wish is that some of the staff would interact more with the dogs.

The staff here are wonderful. They are always so excited to see my dog when we come in. Any time I’ve had an issue, although small, they have always took care of it right away.
Our dog loves it there! When she gets her hair cut it looks great and when she goes to daycare we can check in on the cameras to see how much fun she is having. Usually when we go places like that she gets shy but she is always very excited to go to Dogtopia.

Everyone knows every dog by name. The staff employs a multitude of redirection techniques to correct improper behaviors and ensure a safe healthy environment for all the dogs. Being able to watch from the webcams is fantastic. Any issues/concerns are addressed promptly.

I love how personable the staff is and how they already know my pups even though we've only been there a few times! They know who we are the second we walk in the door. My pups usually don't do well being separated from my husband and I, but they LOVE going to Dogtopia!

My dogs are my baby. When I had to board my great Dane it was nice knowing I could watch the cameras and see how he was doing. Unfortunately, he was very shy and timid for the first hour until a worker came up and loved on him. After that moment he loved every second of it. All he needed was to be told it's ok.
Our dogs are so loved at Dogtopia! Their high energy requires some play time and at Dogtopia I always trust they will come home tired and CLEAN! We also LOVE our groomer, Natalie. She is amazing and treats them like her own!!

I love that there were webcams so we could watch and see our little guys on vacation - they’re a part of our family so it was nice to be able to see them. Also, the staff took special care as to handle our paps with care and listened to how they can and can’t be picked up so as not to hurt them. Everyone was welcoming and caring, also, many of the staff in our dogs’ room never stopped moving around and kept the room today!
I love the fact that my dog loves coming here. He can’t wait to leave in the morning to go play with his doggie and human friends. I also so appreciate the love he is shown by all the employees.
