When we walk in the door, our pup runs right to the employees! They know her and they even know her tickle spot.
They did a proper introduction on her first day and she loved the place. She never wants to leave.
I love watching her play on the webcam, and I appreciate the downtime for the pups. It is even helping with her crate training!
All the dogs we see check in are as excited as ours to be there. And dogs know if people are good.

Staff is great. They always greet my dog by her name even if we haven’t been for awhile. Natalie is an excellent groomer. Love being able to use the webcam when we board.

We found Dogtopia by doing a google search for dog boarding in Omaha. You were the only ones who wanted to do a meet and greet. We were very impressed by that! As soon as we walked in we felt very welcome. Our dogs even had a few accidents in the entryway but we were assured that this was normal and that it was completely fine and did not make us feel bad at all.

Everyone seems to (especially Nick) treat my young German Shepard Amira with kindness. She can be a handful and she prefers the attention of people. He has taken a special time out with her when she was unsure and it means the world to me. I hate not being with her and it's great to know she is being well cared for when I have to be away. I appreciate you all!!

Great flexibility. Love the webcams and the app. Staff are always so nice to my dog! Pay them more so they want to stay for longer!!! Miss some of our favorites.

they take great care of my rambunctious giant fur baby. He love going to play with all of his 2 and 4 legged friends. He truly loves the staff and knowing that he is happy, safe and having fun means the world to me as does being able to check up on him on the web cams.😁

I like being able to book boarding appointments online. The staff is always friendly. I enjoy being able to see the dogs on the app using the camera.

What do you like about our services?

I love the meet and greet introduction protocol. It’s a great idea for dogs who are a little skittering or scared and doesn’t overwhelm them. My dog starts whining about a block away and tries to jump out of car to get in the doors of Dogtopia, that makes me happy.
