I love the 50m pool and spa area
They look after their customers well
A lot of machines where you can do your proper workout, good atmosphere, everything is very clean and the best part for me is the sauna and swimming pool
The spa area
Pool area and social tennis.
However, would be nice to get back our full tennis area.
And just as a suggestion, the temperature of the water in the showers should be more regulated, its scalding water and its not enjoyable.
I enjoy the warm sea water swimming pool and facilities at Sandymount.
Facilities and customer service are impeccable.
Its the people! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they are happy at work. The other members are similarly super friendly and helpful. It feels like a family club!

Please replace broken towel hooks in sauna area.
The facility’s, the Staff ( this is due to a personal experience I had in the club about 9/10 months ago )Also the frequency with which you contact us members with information about what’s happening with regard to work being done in the club or race meetings. Name removed .
P/s. Any reduction in fees for members who are ober 80 ?? I’m 83 .

My experience is great normally I have to say friendly staff and very helpful good clean facilities, unfortunately the Dún Laoghaire site has been under renovation for quite long time now in the male dress rooms, not having any showers facilities was very disappointing as I work shift work so would be going to gym before my shift starts, leaving me with no shower after a work out, I understand now the gents rooms have reopened but its missing the sauna and steam room and jacuzzi, i understand also membership can be used in other locations but my preference would be Dún Laoghaire, my experience in sandymount was 10/10 and hopefully Dún Laoghaire can return to its once glory following my sandymount experiences

It has everything you need , the plunge pools ice baths and ice rooms are massive bonus not many if any gyms in ireland with them

Lovely staff and top class facilities and great range of classes.
Very good gym, with modern and well preserved equipment and facilities! Not to mention the friendly staff! Shout out to the Dun Laoghaire unit's staff.
