At first glance, it’s a spacious gym with a clean environment. In my opinion, the only thing missing was more qualified instructors to guide me on where to find specific equipment.
Professional at every level and excellent facilities
I love you pool with warm salt water, saunas, gym equipment and changing rooms. You create a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
The only thing I mentioned today, that worth to be checked - it seems the white mould started to grow up on the wooden sauna seats. I saw big white spots between their parts. They are seen especially under ultraviolet light. As there is a wet and warm place and they stick together, maybe they are needed to be ventilated and cleaned regularly to avoid that.
But in all other moments I am completely happy to be a member of the club and visit it.

The variety of what u can do, live or virtual classes, range of classes, also steam room, jacuzzi or sauna! Probably only missing the recovery and red light therapy that is in the sister gyms, like Clontarf and Leopardstown, ohh and padel tennis 🎾
I really like all of the options offered to customers with no additional cost, I like the atmosphere in the main gym upstairs. The Spa area is so well maintained and clean.
I love the wide range of amazing classes and the brilliant trainers who run them. That's the main reason!
I love that Westwood are constantly improving their facilities for members. From the time I joined in January 2025, there have been non stop improvements being made. The facilities are top class, the equipment is top of the range and the place is so clean - the cleaning and maintenance teams do an amazing job.
I enjoy the classes. Great instructors . Have met wonderful people and we enjoy the social part of going most days.

Spa and classes
I love the variety of exercise options between all of the club locations, The varied choice gives all of us the availability to change our routine as we want or physically need.
I truly appreciate that the management listened to my own and others need to alter the music volume to be lowered in the Dun laughaire club. They literally installed audio equipment to avoid clashing volumes according to class schedule alongside open floor gym weightlifting.
What I love most though is the friendless and helpfulness of the staff in both the Dun Laughaire and the Leopardstown clubs.
