Some serious exercising in the gym, including Sprint Cycle classes, helped me reduce my 'bad' cholesterol from 6.5 to 3.5 in the last 18 months, though I was on statins as well, and dieting. My GP was amazed. Certainly an achievement I am proud of.
Great staff, brand new, clean and well-maintained gym, beautiful views over the racecourse with the sunrise in the background, and the fact that everyone is required to bring a towel which makes such a difference. The ladies’ changing rooms are always super clean too.
Everything about West Wood is great. I can easily spend hours there and genuinely enjoy my time every time I go. Highly recommend!
