The classes
The facilities and the range of classes available. The atmosphere is also really good and the energy is infectious in some classes. Still a bit more to do with people sitting at stations on their phones, especially in the ladies gym area but there has been an improvement
I love the relaxed nature of the gym as a whole, the staff are friendly and helpful when needed. The place is always spotless with the cleaning staff working hard to keep even the changing rooms clean and dry.
I love that the pool is always available and safe to use, either to go for a "swim only" gym session or following a work out in the other areas its great to finish off with a swim
New spa and gym are absolutely fantastic - really really good stuff - only feedback would be to ensure ice bath isn't closing as much and the changing room be colder - and maybe jazz music in the shower and spa like in leapardstown would be a nice touch
Great equipment and it's very spacious.
I like the convenience of being able to pop in whenever I feel like it.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the classes are fantastic! I especially enjoy the Pilates and Trip classes - the instructors are brilliant and always make the sessions enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this gym!
It is a large gym with enough space for workouts and the variety of exercise machines. And, of course, the spa. And what I appreciate most is that improvements are constantly being made.

Westwood really stepped up their game with the renovation of the Spa area in Dun Laoighaire. The quality of finish and relaxing ambience provided has upgraded this from a visit to an experience that wouldn't be out of place in any five star hotel.
