It is well maintained with lots of spaces, hygiene( very strong factor for me), people ensure that equipment is correct place, staff is very friendly and extremely approachable and plenty of equipment and workout options
The variety of exercises and range of different activities provided make it very easy to find what suits you as individual. Great support from staff .
Would be good to have ladies toilet down at swimming pools. Mens changing room is now at this lever and children also are catered for.

The equipment is quality and there are plenty of free weights. The spa area is fantastic. The only real issue is parking.

The range of equipment is amazing. The staff are very helpful and recommend a fitness programme suitable for each member.
The general vibe in the gym is brilliant across all age groups. Whether you are a beginner or have been a member for some time there is a programme to suit you.
The staff are always on hand to advise.
