All round experience is 💯 positive. Actually couldn’t fault Westwood club. Staff are excellent very professional doing their job. I’d highly recommend your club. I’m currently injured so can’t use gym but I found a gem in sandyford. I go for a bit of rehab in spa area it is so helpful to my injury. Also very enjoyable 💯
There is no much choice for clubs that's why I use Westwood. But not everything is monitored by staff as advertised. Phones still used and loud conversations of customers are going on while u want to concentrate on your exercises. Don't know about men but ladies are in their fit flops on sauna and steam room shelves. After that we are to sit on those shelves. Don't think is hygienic. TV screens are not always working properly. Didn't notice any big changes since the price up. All the rest seems to be ok.
Cleanliness
i love the spa and the whole experience i know we are getting new showers but i find the showers at the moment arent the best as its very wet in that area and there werent enough hair dryers otherwise i love the club its probably the best in ireland with the gym and the 50 metre pool. thanks.

All the team (front of house, back office memberships, Mgmt, admin, merchandise on 1st floor, pool area, club attendants, cleaning team) are all very customer oriented - helpful, approachable and efficient)
Along with the above attributes the PTs (personal trainers) are also motivating and encouraging and the reason most of us rejoin.
It's obvious that WW Clontarf always strives to deliver the best possible service for all, particularly evident from the array of vast improvements that are currently taking place along with the ever flexible and diverse exercise classes available.
I also like the "social mixers" that WW Clontarf put on at Halloween, Christmas.

I enjoy my class and the company of the other members
Variety of activities and all the family can be included. My daughter is 1 year and can enjoy the Fit Zone, I love the classes and variety of them, my partner loves swimming and sauna.
locker rooms could be better. sometimes I don't have a locker for me. other times it's located in a bad location. also the spaces are very limited.

The classes are amazing.. but very disappointed Aoife is not doing dance classes anymore .. best 45 mins of my life and no one else can compare. I’m also delighted there are new padel courts and look forward to trying them soon

What I enjoy most is the variety and number of classes available, and how easy it is to find a class that suits my schedule. I also really appreciate the free personal training and body composition analysis.
I love how spacious and beautifully designed the club is. Having access to all clubs under one membership is another big advantage—it means I can enjoy a change of scenery or use whichever club is more convenient, near work or home.
I particularly love the spa, especially the large, high-quality Jacuzzi. The other spa facilities are also spacious enough to relax comfortably without feeling overcrowded.
Gym and tennis courts are well organized and of high quality.
Staff are very helpful.
1 point less because we are not allowed to use any parking space on horse racing days. This is pretty inconvenient.
Would it be possible that the parking spaces to the south side of the tennis dome and paddle dome be open to gym users on racing days? People drive in from south side, and park in this area. Cars will not drive through horse's way. There can be barriers to stop driving through to North entrance. Thank you.

Love new feel&look in a gym. Ladies gym could do some upgrade as its not at the same standard as rest of the areas, especially compared with general resistance area.
I love when finish your exercise you have the lovely pool and spa area ,and my favorite the cold plunge pool
Westwood is just perfect in all the ways.
