I was there to watch my grandson play basketball… I love the kids programs, football and basketball, it’s great to see the kids enjoying team sports !!!!

Friendly staff. Shout-out to Kate, the physical trainer who is helping me with strength after surgery. I don't think I'd be as far along as I am without her help. Thanks Kate!

Suggestion: There is one row of lockers in the ladies locker room that has more space and is more comfortable to move around in. All of those lockers are used, at best, ONCE a day by people who have arranged to have locks.
If you were to NOT rent those out many more people, going in and out all day, would have a more comfortable experience.

This Y is clean and has a very extensive amount of equipment so that you don't have any problems using whatever you choose to use. I think it's a great facility, and I appreciate very much that Silver Sneakers is accepted here.
