Family friendly atmosphere, clean and well equipped!
The location and parking are convenient. The facility is always clean. The reason I gave a 9 is because the front desk employees must all be new because they are flustered, not knowledgeable about senior membership programs, offered classes nor computer input. As a lifelong member who recently rejoined I was saddened by the lack of yoga, guided imagery and other holistic room options.
Free towels and friendly staff. As well as swimming lessons offered.
Equipment is maintained well and great staff support
All the staff members are great. They help whenever help is needed.

I have grandkids so we enjoy Camp Sherwin. The girls are getting swim lessons so we also enjoy the pool there and at Glenwood.

The Glenwood Y is convenient and affordable. The staff and most patrons are friendly and helpful. The variety of exercise options is good.

I've been going to the y for 57 years and I feel it's been a major part of my fitness program. It's not always easy, it's work and sometimes hard to get motivated but the social aspect softens the blow, running into friends and aquaintinces.
The y is well cared for and the staff works hard.. They cover cancancies with grace and are open and friendly. When a problem exists they attend to it as soon as they can. I think maintenance people deserve extra credit for keeping that old building together. I love the relatively new mural in the pool area. All in all God bless the Y!

I love the Silver Sneakers program, especially the water aerobics! The updating of the women’s locker room is much appreciated. The staff is always caring and helpful.
I love going for exercize mostly, I like walking and using the equipment, everyone is friendly. I even got a membership for my granddaughter and she likes to swim in the pool and hang out with me.
