Great price, friendly, low key atmosphere. Nice seeing all ages.
I love the classes especially the ones taught by Tia
I LOVE water aerobics, water exercise, especially Teresa Lehane! The others are good; but Teresa makes it fun! Great music and spirit.
The professional staff and choices of activities.
Cost is reasonable, welcoming staff, great classes!
Classes
i appreciate the great variety and quantity of classes one can take for all fitness levels and for enjoyment as well.
Front desk staff are unfailingly polite and helpful and the same for those who respond when you call with a question about how to use the app!
I love all of my classes at the Y - from my strength & fitness class with Amy to Chi Gong & Pilates Reformer with Tia. Both are fabulous instructors and work hard to keep the mainly senior class engaged and fit.
Always feel welcome.
Like the aquatic classes
i like that it is cool for seniors to go and be there and that there are alot of classes for seniors to help us out with aging and strength conditioning and mostly too - it is clean and the staff has always been nice...
the coffee can sometimes be a little bit nasty but hey - its free...
The sense of community and friendship.
great instructors, interesting people to meet and classes that fit my needs.
Jen leads a great HIIT class! The class has helped me achieve improved lab results since starting in October 2024.
There are currently Monday and Wednesday evening Strength classes but adding a Thursday class (whether HIIT or something similar) would allow for a day to recover from the Tuesday evening HIIT class. Thank you.
exercise upstairs, and balance training (primarily for elderly) downstairs.
Convenient indoor pool. If you are looking for feedback, though, I'd like to share a few concerns. It would be helpful to have shower caddies in the women's shower area, to have a place to put soap/shampoo brought from home. And some hooks in the shower area (to hang towels closer to the showers). And hooks rather than bars to the ends of the rows of hooks in the changing area (many people leave their towels on the hooks while they swim, so the hooks get filled up). Also, the lifeguards often fully open the front and back doors when they open the pool. I know they do that to clear the humidity, but it's COLD at 5:30am. I wish they only cracked the doors, rather than fully opening them.
Over the past two years I have found that the people ( members and staff) at the Y are very friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoy instructors Ron and Tia. They both are welcoming and knowledgable. I appreciate that there are a variety of classes in the morning. Y membership has been a wonderful benefit take advantage of in retirement.
I like the friendly people who go there, the large pool, the hours and the aquatic director.
Cool and complete facility. Nice people. Nice vibe.
The YMCA is great, easy to use and go to the classes
Great instructors Jackie, Amy, Tia , Elias , Teresa and Stephanie . Also trainers Jen and Hallie. The YMCA young staff are great. Also Quincy great life guard.
I enjoyed all the amenities and the staff are all so friendly. I also like that it's quiet.
I went to the YMCA as a kid and it makes me happy to still be able to go now as an adult. The staff is plenty helpful. I usually only go once a week to use the weight room. It’s never too crowded or too noisy. Just enough space, with just enough people. Thank you for still serving the community
I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the indoor pool, as well as YMCA 360 and access to other local YMCA locations.
The gym and the heated pool
Hallie is my trainer and she's fantastic. She's the reason why I attend.
I enjoy the aerobics swim classes. The instructors.are all great people who are very nice and friendly and knowledgeable about their classes and about us.
I like the group fitness classes, especially those appropriate for aging adults.
The staff is very friendly.

There are lots of classes for seniors
