The 8am cycle class with Jenna was great. The music is a nice mix and pairs well with the routine. I like that she is very motivational and has a good sense of humor. I love talking about food too-pancakes and syrup yummy!
I enjoyed the aquatics center. I got some excersise with lap swim, while also spending time with my nephew.

The space is much more appropriate for large classes than the Central. I hope there is a way to increase membership.

I'm retired and the Y has classes for ME. The instructors are always emphasizing to do what you can. Just keep moving.
Friendly staff at the Y, which means great leadership in place! Our post-work exercise routine feels great! Love to hear young kids playing sports in the gym and the tiny basketball players are particularly cute to watch: when the dribbling feels too tricky - the game turns into football. Great value for the membership, and more importantly, love the Y's great values!
