The people working that day were so helfpul. It was nearing end of day, and I came in with a request to service bike tires. They first tried to reseat the tire and were able to improve, but recommended if I rode the tires and still felt the same tirewall bump out issue, recommend replacing them. I ended up going with new tires and tubes as the cost was reasonable, and they worked it in right there and was out the door in about 15-20 minutes. I appreciated the patience and service I was given and ultimately felt good about my decision to just get new tires. They're on my bike now and am looking forward to the next ride.
