Amazing staff, went to get my cruiser front tire replaced. The staff replace the tire and fixed the kickstand. Will come back for a new bike or anytime my bike need fixing

Easy to do business with, went above and beyond to order a specialized bike tool I was trying to find.

Makai and the whole team made me feel welcomed and not like I had any stupid questions, even though my tire was on backwards. They were helpful from start to finish, including teaching me how to remove my front tire for car travel.

The technician was able to make a quick adjustment and I was on my way. Totally honest too. I thought I needed more work done on my bike but he looked things over and didn’t try to oversell repairs. I will absolutely return when I need service done to my stable of bikes.
