Dr. Lunde and his staff listen and respond to the specific question/concern. That doesn’t sound like such a big deal but it. It Is very different from my experience with another specialist I visited. Appointment times are timed nicely plus the office is easy to reach and there’s plenty of parking. Great bathroom, too.

Dr. Kevin is an exceptional ENT specialist who provided outstanding care during a difficult situation. After being misdiagnosed by two major hospitals, I had a fish bone stuck in my throat since Thursday. Dr. Kevin was able to diagnose and remove it efficiently on Monday. The entire process, from check-in to treatment, took only about 65 seconds, demonstrating his expertise and the clinic’s efficiency. The staff were also very professional and helpful throughout the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin for any ear, nose, and throat issues—he is truly the best ENT doctor in Dallas.
