Dr. Ross is a great listener and understands the issues of the patient. Before finding the right hardware, Dr. Ross ensures appropriate diagnosis is made...a full hearing consultation is completed and the full process is explained. After agreement, through follow up appointments, the instruments are dialed in for fine tuning (if required). She is extremely concerned about comfort, fit, and function of the hardware and her patients. I had other hearing aids before; they worked fine for a while - if you know, you know... The biggest difference is I haven't had anyone as interested in ensuring a job was well done. There's always a follow up text or call for appointment reminders.
