He works me into his schedule when I'm there for an Audiology appointment.
This time he had a med student remove wax from one ear. I would have preferred if she had told me in advance what I would be feeling. There were some very sharp pains that occurred during the procedure that surprised me.
He explained the procedure in full and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the time he took making sure I understood all that was to happen and next steps.
