After Dr. Lunde examined my ear, he explained what was going on, even showed me pictures and recommended treatment. I felt that he really cared about curing what was ailing me. Sydney was wonderful. So easy to relate to. She was friendly and very competent. She ordered my prescription which was ready within an hour and she scheduled my next appointment easily. I really appreciated both of them and look forward to my follow-up appointment.

I see Dr Ross about twice a year as I continue to travel on my hearing loss journey. She takes time to discuss any issues that I may be experiencing, cleans my hearing aids, and tweaks any setting that may need adjustment.
