She takes her time with us and repeats when necessary until we understands howto use and take carry of the hearing aids. This is the first pair out of three that I am willing to wear. I thought that she was friendly and attentive to her patient. To be honest with you, I have been so busy since then and a lot had been happening at home that I can not remember what is the next thing that is suppose to happen after the hearing test. I have not heard anything about the result since I left your office. Am I suppose to be prescribe with a hearing aid or am I suppose to come to see you. Since I have not anything from your office, I just can't remember what am I suppose to do next.

Her knowledge, efficiency, ability to communicate at the patients level of understanding, friendliness and comfort level. It is obvious that she hears, no pun intended, to the patients concerns. Love her - wouldn’t go to any one else.
