Before placing my online order, I called and spoke to a Rough Country representative (can't remember his name) to make sure I was ordering the right parts for my Jeep. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He guided me throght the selection process. And after feeling comfortable with the parts in my shopping cart, I went ahead and placed my online order. I got a confirmation email right away and a few minutes later I received another email with a tracking number for my order. Everything arrived as described.
All items were as state, the installation instructions were very clear and shipping was fast. Very good experience.
I ordered a bed mat on Thursday and received the mat on Sunday. Remarkably fast. The mat is thick and seemingly durable. It does have a strong rubber odor and took a few days to flatten out. My only disappointment is that my gear still tends to slide around a little bit. Otherwise, very good mat and great delivery.
