Navigating the website was easy and I found what I was looking for without a problem.
The on-line buying experience took longer than finding what I needed to purchase and I'll try to explain: The site seemed to not take my info and I had to enter the same thing several times. I was on a desk top computer when making the purchase, so I feel that connectivity problems wasn't the issue. It was like the purchase portion of the site had "glitches". If i'm the only one that has said anything, then we can assume it was a "one time" issue, maybe. I just wanted to let you know. I love my product, but the straps aren't like the ones showed in the "ad". The straps on the site show ROUGH COUNTRY in red letters, but the straps I received are just black. Not that it's a big deal, but I just wanted to let you know that as well!!
