What is there not to like.
I don't even know where to start! Everything is such amazing quality. Some of the most attracting aspects of TREK (not that I'm even looking at any other brand because we're BIG TREK FANS) is the sustainability goals and being environmentally aware of the impact we have on the environment, and how we can make a difference, and then actually doing something about it. A simple item like bottle cages, that has been made from recycled fishing nets is amazing!
I've had the best service from Trek. They really make me feel extremely well come.

Really like the trek brand , my first ever carbon bike was a trek madone. Really loved the bike and still slightly sad thinking about not riding it anymore. That being said I find the service at the store Really helpful. Ordered an iso cover that took longer than what I expected but anyway these things happen. Also to try get hold of older stock is really difficult, you guys might want to look into that in future.

Love the bike range, and have never loved any bike like my Trek. The fact that it's one of the only all trail/all mountain brands in South Africa with such a wide range to offer appeals big time. Always good and reliable service, the friendliest of staff, and the best demo days!

Planning to come monthly to wash and lube as I prepare for the DC race at the end of November. The bike was ready after 48 hours.
Issues/concerns identified regarding the wheels were identified and highlighted to me, so I am aware that I will need to replace tyres soon
