Johan was very helpful and felt well looked after...which is a lot more than I can say of my last experience at the Wolwespruit service centre....I considered selling my Trek and buying a Spezialised!
The logistics at Lynnwood bridge is an issue however. It is very difficult to find parking in front of the store and lugging a 23kg e-bike up the escalator is not really an option for me.
I enjoyed the personalised service. The staff wefre patient and accomodating.

Pieter and team from Trek JHB are by far the champions of the game. From sales to Workshop, they are second to none. The purchase of my Supercali and the upkeep of my other bikes. They are extremely attentive to details and listen to their clients who have OCD. Seating the tyres perfectly with the brand at 12 and the valve at 6. 10/10 recommend

This time there was a miscommunication amongst your staff and my bike wasnt ready as reported and I had to come through the following day. The check up was done and all corrected and was not charged which I really appreciated
