The technician, Hovsep Grigoryan, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He wasn't even the technician for my area. He sprayed inside and outside for about 1 hour. I continued to see ants after the treatments, but the ants I saw were shriveled and dying. Now, 2 weeks after the treatments, I have not had any ants. Everyone I have dealt with over the phone or in person has been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Our ant problem is no more! When I was comparing services, many of their competitors cost about twice as much and acted like used car salesmen over the phone, trying to pressure a sale before allowing me to call around. These people are like normal humans, not following some protocol or reading from a script (or if they are, it's a good script). Their technicians show up on time, complete the service in a timely manner, answer questions, and are courteous and friendly. Did I mention the bugs are gone? Highly recommend!
