The staff is attentive, patient, and honest! I have family members who are sensitive to smells and chemicals, and Home Shield has been extremely patient with their concerns. They’ve been transparent about what they can and cannot do or guarantee while treating our home. Ultimately, they’ve provided high-quality service—our home has been roach-free for years! Most recently, they also helped get rid of ants using non-toxic products like Essentria.

I’m pricing is also very competitive with other places and so far so good. We’ve had one visit and I already see a dramatic decrease in pests in and around our home.
