Easy scheduling, friendly technicians, effective service

I had a great experience with HomeShield, from the first online chat, telephone call, texting, to the home visit with Ryan. The treatment for ants was explained before getting started and communication before and after was exceptional. The pricing was very doable for me and I highly recommend them!

I feel like the pests are being pretty well controlled around my house. I like that you guys can come and spray and if I’m not home so I don’t really even have to keep track exactly of when you’re coming. I would love to have some kind of quick report on what areas are sprayed and what was sprayed for after each visit.

One of the most helpful things about HomeShield that sets it apart from other companies is excellent communication. I recently needed to reschedule an appointment, and that was no problem. If I have a special request, which requires a technician to go above and beyond what is required, no problem. I feel heard, and that technicians are listening to me, not just following a certain protocol the same for each house. The service is reliable, and technicians show up when they say they will. The results have been much better than they were with my previous pest control company.
