Employees are friendly and you do a very good job. Only criticism is that you seem to be short-staffed on technicians so there have been times where I've been rescheduled or if there is an urgent need, I need to wait longer than I would like to.

I have been with Homeshield Pest Control for a year and they are very dependable. They will come immediately if there are any issues with pest and they do a very comprehensive job. Their price is competitive, and they always do a comprehensive job whether it be inside or outside the house. I walked with one of the techs around the house on one of their visits and they even explained what they were doing. I highly recommend them.
