Home Shield has been doing a great job getting rid of pests at our property. Due to the hot and dry weather conditions, the ants started coming back after the last regular service visit. We gave a call and were surprised how quickly they worked us into the schedule for an additional treatment. Dindial was our service technician for the follow-up visit and he arrived on time and with a big smile and sunny disposition. He did a thorough job of treating all of the trouble spots, while also keeping in mind the safety of our two small dogs. It's always such a pleasure to work with nice people who also are skilled in their field, and Dindial is certainly one of them.

Really great attitude!
The phone reps are responsive and quick. The technicians are professional, they take my concerns seriously and make me feel valued as a client. Although our pest issues may not be as severe as other people’s, the techs have never minimized my feelings/fears. High marks for the the techs, especially Adam who went above and beyond to help me.
