Everyone who works for HomeShield is pleasant and customer service oriented, from the office workers to their field technicians and inspectors. We had some termite issues at a rental property and their inspector Aldin, was so thorough, he spotted some leaks under the building and informed us immediately. Without his expertise, we never would have known, and those leaks could have caused massive damage. All their technicians, Brian K., Daniel, Brian, Mario and all the other techs who have worked with us over the years, are thorough, professional, and do an excellent job!
