The service is prompt and efficient. Scheduling however is a bear. Appointments have had to be changed many times and workers call from all over the country with no caller ID. I usually ignore these calls unless a message is sent.

Your service people are always very thorough and always ask whether we have encountered specific pest issues. Because of the success, we have considered trying mosquito/flying insect repellant, but can’t afford a tremendous increase in cost.

The service techs (ours is Bradon) have always been on time or within the timeframe given for the appointment. HomeShield always confirms the appointment a day or two prior. They always listen to my concerns and offer suggestions. We’ve been satisfied with the service we’ve received.
i have had other pest company's and always had to call them back out for ant issues which they claim it was taken care of. HomeShield Pest company is the best of the best. I never had to call them for repeat visit. The ants are taken care of in the same day the service is done. Wasps, mice are no longer living at my house, thanks to HomeShield service techs.
