The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything to us after going through the crawl space and the attic. He was very prompt and efficient.

William was very courteous when I first met him, and attentive to the problems that I explained to him. He put down ant baits at the various locations where we had seen ant activity previously, and I was surprised that nobody from Homeshield had done this sooner especially during the Summer when we had extensive activity.
