You guys are great. I’ve been riding bicycles bought from Bikesport since 1997 when I bought a Blanchi road bike for pleasure and commuting to work. Almost 30 years later and I’m riding a Niner gravel bike on my commute and have had nothing but good advice and helpful information all along the way. I just came in yesterday right at closing and got the tools I needed even after the store hours were over . Thanks for all the good advice and technical assistance . First, Pryde and the other staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Pryde took the time to help me size and determine what type of bike would be most beneficial for my purposes, rusty (spin bike only) abilities, confidence (or lack there of), and short stature. Co workers convinced me to register for a women’s sprint triathlon and I needed a bike that wouldn’t break the bank and that I could use everywhere. After first visit, I went to another local bike shop to try another brand for size but quickly returned to Bike Sport. Pryde helped me feel at ease that he would put me on a safe bike. And to top it off, he knew I wanted a bike to keep at the campground that could be beat up. He found a used mountain bike in the color I wanted for the price I would’ve spent on a crappy Walmart bike. I couldn’t be more impressed and genuinely grateful for the products and service Pryde and Bike Sport has given. They gained a customer! The perks of buying local do outweigh purchasing a product such as a bike online. Don’t do Amazon!!
