Friendly service open communication
From the moment I walked in the door, the service and congeniality was outstanding. While awaiting the rain to pass, I decided I would pop into a bike shop near the SRT Phoenixville area. I passed on the nearest bike shop, as access to the shop and parking was close to impossible. I certainly was delighted to pull into the convenient and large parking area for BikeSport. Browsing for anything in the store that might help with finger/hand numbness & tingling, I was greeted by Pryde, the store manager. Pryde was so knowledgeable that he was able to provide a solution, when other bike shops hadn't been able to help. Anthony, the tech, installed the part and I have been riding 40 - 50 miles daily without the pain I had been experiencing. The staff, the service & the atmosphere were OUTSTANDING.

Great service. We came in to buy pedals for my son’s bike and to look at what full suspension mountain bikes you had available for my son. The young man who helped us showed us to the selection of pedals in stock, as well as the mountain bikes available. There was also a young woman helping a couple out and I couldn’t help but notice how thorough and knowledgeable she was in explaining the different selection. Of bike to the couple. You’ve got great employees!
