Overall the service and personal attention to our needs was great. only constructive feedback is that for things that needed to be replaced/repaired, we were given very little in terms of options from a pricing standpoint. For example, if there are three or four different levels of wheel/tire, we were not presented with any option or recommendation. Just 'it needs a new wheel/tire, it'll be X dollars." I realize i could have also asked about options, but it would be nice to be presented with these, or even with just a recommendation that shows comparison to other options.

They are always ready to answer questions and are either knowledgeable to give you the answer or will get somone who is better suited to answer rather than give you a sales pitch or just what the product says.
