Very friendly service staff. Greeted me with a smile and quickly looked over my bike. The staff was able to determine what was needed beyond the tune up. Pricing was very fair and the work was completed within a week. I rode this weekend to take advantage of the great weather!

I appreciate the personalized approach and the attention to detail. I wish there was time to learn what possible upgrades might make sense for me to consider. Should I consider a different tire or wheel?Without your input I would never know!! It would be interesting and helpful to know what might make sense and why. Even if I can't do it at the time I could start saving for the upgrade. It would also be helpful if there could be a video posted on YouTube that might show us what type of maintenance and cleaning we should be doing to keep our bikes in good shape between service visits.
