Highly competent staff who are friendly and chill. I have purchased several bikes for others. They are not fancy or technical, but the staff understood my needs and helped to fulfill the requests quickly and at a good value. We have returned for periodic service which is taken care of as quickly as possible.

Broke a spoke 200yds into my ride. Figured I would drop my bike off and ride next week. Nope, Bike Sport had my bike fixed in 15 minutes. And I was back on the trail for a great ride.

My recent visit to Bikesport was to schedule a check-up and to have 'shifting system' adjusted on an older but loved bike. The turn around time was quick and the shifting worked well on my very short check-it-out spin.
