Well, first off, everyone in the shop is both friendly and knowledgeable which makes shopping/asking questions here a breeze. They’ve also helped me remedy my own “home mechanic” mistakes on a couple occasions, so when it came time to pick up another bike, there really wasn’t another shop I would have gone to. These guys have “earned my loyalty” as far as I’m concerned.
