Excellent service department, my bike is like new!

I found the bike on line but so thankful I went into the shop. The customer service is above and beyond. I got a much lighter bike which is what I needed.
When it came in and was assembled ,Steven answered all my questions helped me find the right accessories and made sure bike was set for me to ride .

They fix my bike for a good price and even repaired the wires that upheld the splash guard which had been broken they replacing with brand new heavy duty ones for free and didn't even mention it and their actions were good and they know their stuff I would definitely recommend Island life bicycles to friends and family in fact I do I told everyone I see pretty much how much how pleased I am the glory to God

We had a flat tire on the rear of our Lectric bike on a Sunday and the shop and the experts there were open, much to my surprise! I brought in the bike around 2pm and they had a new tube installed and the bike ready to go by 3pm! I was super impressed with the excellent expertise that they have and the service that was given! I would recommend this shop to anyone, anytime for help with their bike.

Steven, Chris, Jacob, & all their staff goes above & beyond to make sure you know all the information about their bikes/trikes, & are very satisfied with your purchase. They are customer service focused to ascertain what matches best for the client’s preferences, interests, goals, & abilities. My trike came in within a week, & Steven installed a couple of accessories & made personal trike adjustments to make it ready to bike after he delivered it to my house. They have trained personnel for repairs & maintenance. I highly recommend Island Life-10++. LA
