I am a long time cyclist who has raced road and mountain bikes. I brought in my Trek Madone that I was having a problem with the internal parts of the electric shifting. Chris (head mechanic) was great to work with and is full of knowledge about everything bike related. I am impressed with the quality shop environment they have set up there. From the moment we walked into the shop we had a top tier customer service experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Annette and Chris answered so many questions for us, my daughter was so amped and excited to save up for a floor model she got to test drive in the parking lot. We made a plan and decided we would come back. My daughter has been doing so well in school and a delight at home that I decided to pop back solo to check out some in store financing options. Steven the store manager was working that day and fixed me through the application process, I was instantly approved and was able to get the bike that day!!! Steven even delivered it and I got to surprise my daughter for all of her hard work! I would recommend Island life 20/10!
