We took our Pedego bikes in for annual maintenance. Upon arrival, we were attended to promptly and courteously. The staff stayed in contact by phone advising what issues were detected, and informing us of cost of each repair. Phone call before end of day to advise maintenance and repairs were complete. Bikes were waiting right up front for us when we picked them up. Very good customer service, and entire process was easy.
