Family friendly and fun
The staff are really committed to making sure the kids have fun but learn about the sports at the same time. The referee instruct on fouls, etc during basketball games, etc. The kids seem to have fun and everyone is encouraged to play. It's nice to see when so many kids sports end up being dominated by the talented kids playing and the others just relegated to filling space on the roster.
My son very much enjoys i9 and I appreciate ask the efforts the staff put in to making the experience great.

I like that it’s fairly organized overall. The i9 staff is very prompt in keeping the practices and games on time and it’s a very stress free environment for my daughter to learn how to play a sport in, but also allows for her to get competitive during the games as her skills improve.
I appreciate the positive atmosphere for the players, encouraging fun and the weekly sportmanship values over pressure for perfection or to compete. My son came to just first practice terrified of trying something new and feeling like he wasn’t ready to try, but by the end of the session was having the best time. He asks if every day can be Sunday so he can be back on the field playing!
There's a lot of enthusiasm and encouragement, and all the sportsmanship values pressed upon us each week keeps the focus on the right values.
I love the referees and administration folks we get to work with.

I like that the program is well organized and admits kids with no experience. It’s a great primer for the kids and an opportunity for them to learn if they like the sport and want to pursue it further.
