I like that the kids get to learn a sport in a low pressure environment. It seems that even though there is competition, this program focuses more on kids learning the fundamentals of the sport and having fun.
I like that the program is more focused on being part of a team and having fun. I dislike that parents and some teams take the yelling to another level and show disappointment when their team doesn’t score. This is supposed to be fun, not something where you are hammering your child about not getting the ball or scoring.
Coaches, staff and scheduling
Affordable and I like the program for beginners not being so tough on my kids and family friendly for people just trying it out for the first time.

I love that practice is right before the games, that way you don’t have to do a separate class during the week when things are already crazy. I’ve been happy with the facilities that are used. Staff is always kind and helpful

Younger ages
I like the wide variety of sports offered and the multiple locations. The coaches have been great so far about making my kiddos feel inclusive in the sports they have played.
I love that my kids can come there and learn more than just sports. I have two very different little boys, one that is very athletic and the other that likes to be involved and there’s a place for both of them there with i9.
We love I9. I love coaching it. My kids love playing without intense competition.
The organization is top notch . It feels a step above parks and rec but not so high stakes that it makes kids lose confidence!
The coaches are great and firm
Coach Daniel is an excellent Coach, would highly recommend him! Love that there are Sunday options, too.

We love that practice is held right before the game on game day! It prevents extra running with already busy schedules & allows the practice to be fresh in their minds before the game.
We also love the extra lessons on sportsmanship every week!
Great opportunity for the kids, easy to sign up and attend for parents. We are new to Chicago so it is very nice to have so many sports available under one platform.

i9 has been a great intro to soccer for my 3 year old! She loves it!
The coaches are very patient with the kids. I like the way you cheat the game. My son loved play baseball. I think it’s a good thing for kids to play baseball. They interact with other kids and learn the game. Also meet new friends.
The environment is great. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. The only feedback I would give is for the younger kids games during the time where the weather is very hot I think the times should be push back or earlier so the heat isn’t very intense. They are little and shouldn’t have to be on those high temperatures
My daughter has loved the all-girl programs, the sense of team that she has gotten, the choice of fields and the quality of instruction.
Good for younger kids. Games are easy on the schedule.
