Flag Football for my 5 year old daughter has been a confidence building, fun experience where she has developed some familiarity and skills with the sport. As the only girl on the team, she has felt included, important, and seen by her coaches, and we would definitely recommend an i9 program to any young athlete and their family.

I’m not sure about the older ages but for very introductory early ages it’s a very basic, what you see is what you get fundamental introduction to sports. Very wholesome and geared towards getting kids comfortable with clapping and working with and against other kids, referees, coaches they don’t know well, ppl watching them and yelling encouragement etc. affordable and accessible

I am so impressed with the attention your coaches give to the children. The three i9 coaches and the parent coach make it so fun and engaging for the kids. I will absolutely be having my children participate in i9 sports moving forward. Flag football has been a success in building my sons confidence and excitement towards the sport.

Our coach, Joe Esch, is amazing with the kids! It's our son's first year ever playing, and coach Joe has really helped our son grow in confidence to play out on the field. He is encouraging, clear in his directions and coaching, and makes sure the kids are having fun.
Our coach LC is so hands-on and supportive. Even when the girls have no experience, he's making sure to guide them and make them feel good when they feel they've let the team down. Our team is like a family and my daughter keeps wanting to come back because of how good it makes her feel. I believe she's gained quite a bit of confidence since joining.
