Everything!! The coaches, the instructions, and the team vibes!! She has played soccer and now basketball and both positive experiences. Coach Chris Collums really takes his time with the kids. Most of the kids on my granddaughter's team have never played basketball and he is doing a great job coaching them and building their confidence. THAT IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT!! Being able to carry what they have learned on to the next season.

I feel the organization is very professional and well organized. The staff go above and beyond in accommodating all parents and coaches request. The organization strive's to provide all kids no matter their skill level a safe and fun environment to play sports.
Love volunteering as a coach for my daughters volleyball team. Danielle is so easy to talk to when I have questions and everything. It is so much fun that this is my daughters 7th season playing maybe and I have coached for 2 seasons. We will continue to keep playing for many more seasons! Thank you I-9!
It's perfect for kids that are just starting to learning the game. I really like not having a parent coach and having an I9 staff member teach the rules to the game.

The coaches encourage all the kids, even the ones not doing as well as others. They give them all playing time. There is a supportive family feel at the games. The staff try to make sure parents are well informed on orientation day.

The only reason I gave my score is due to the short amount of notice for schedules to be relayed. It’s mentioned that schedules will be posted 7-10 days before game day but for my daughter, I had to call the generalized system and inquire since I never received an email back from the director. For my son’s soccer I got the schedule the day before his start date. This leaves no room for planning (work schedules/kid activities/life. If the schedule would be posted within a timely manner it would make things so much better.
My daughter has enjoyed this experience so much, I have recommended I9 to my family and friends.

We’ve had a great experience with this soccer team! The team is very well-organized, and everything runs smoothly from practices to games. The coach is always on time, communicates clearly, and does a fantastic job interacting with the children. It’s clear that the coach genuinely cares about the players’ development and makes each child feel included and encouraged. The coach support of the youth is great. I like how every player gets play time. I9 offers a wide variety of sports for every age. I9 also makes sure that the organization is in communication with the parents.
The different sports ofdered and levels. I would like to be able to have some type of deposit plus fee structure to where if my child stops playing after the first game i can receive a refund minus the deposit.
