I have to say; we started out at YMCA Frederick County for basketball and then joined i9 basketball. My goodness. The difference was NIGHT AND DAY. Niko’s coach, Shaun, is fantastic. He really puts 110% into what he does and gets the kids amped up to learn the game. He doesn’t let them mess around either which I love. Any of the coaches I have interacted with have been nothing but great. I see them on the sidelines and I’m just in awe of them. They truly care about the game and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. It was worth the money by far, I will definitely sign my son up for future sessions.
How my child visibly improves their soccer skills and the fact that their are so many opportunities for them to pick and try out new different sports.
I'd like for i9 to come to Hilliards new park though
Everything is organized well. Kids, coaches, and families have been awesome!
Love the coaches! I had my friend and her family come to my son‘s last practice and they were impressed and when I enrolled their son
Well thought out and put together. Every week has a plan.
Always a program available. Wish it was less aggressive and each kids could get equal time actually playing in the games instead of standing on sideline
I like the coaches and the understanding that the girls are there to learn and have fun
I like that practices and games are lumped together, so it is easier to fit into busy schedules.
Practice and game are on the same day
Affordable
The field, the coach, the atmosphere! Really love the experience overall.
The instructional process and teamwork and social building it allows the kids!
There great programs and the coaches are are great they really teach discipline
Well organized, instructors and coaches work with each child to help them get better. My son has a great time.
My son is 5 and have never played or been on team sports. I love that the coaches are parents to other kids in the team bc they are patient with the kids on the team and everyone seems to know that the kids are they’re to learn and have fun. This league doesn’t take itself too seriously while at the same time showing kids how to work well with others.
The overall experience has been great! Wish it was a little longer, felt like we just got in the groove and now it over.
Practice days/times are convenient for busy families, coaches are great with little ones
I really like how the programs (our kids have been in/are part of flag football) focuses on athelete development (all ages) and allows them to become better players. The parent volunteers do an amazing job of player rotations through different plays and positions that gives an opportunity for kids to shine. They make sure kids have fun, learn, and grow!
Effective communication, the reminders for practice and games, the coaches.
That practice is combined on same day as games
Practice and game same day
Well organized. good communication. Nice playing fields.
We like that it focuses on teaching sportsmanship and the different aspects of it. It is great to have it all on one day, for the busy families.
It's an co-ed sport
I would like to suggest more volleyball locations and also not changing practice times.
One practice/game on Saturday. Easy entry for little ones to learn.
I like that practice is the same day as games.
Convenience, positive disposition, inclusiveness, teaching about sportsmanship as the forefront as well as learning the specific sport.
It’s an easy way to get into sport during earlier ages and without a huge commitment
Well organized, increases kids confidence

I like the format of the practice then game all being on one day
