the coach
Easy schedule. Nice coaches. Fun.
I like the online platform for communication and tracking schedule/ games/ scores/ stats/ medals/ etc. The soccer league my family participates in is right by our home. I like Andyson O alot. I like how flexible the staff and administrators are.
Here is some constructive criticism: 1) too often teams are unbalanced (either with talent or numbers of players). Some type of draft or player transfer system might help 2) The kids do not touch a soccer ball often enough to improve or even develop enough skill to enjoy the game very much. As a coach I have worked hard to get players together one other time each week. I use this time to do technical dribbling drills and then the majority is spent scrimmaging, which the kids love. I find tbe players who join my family for this stick woth I9 and enjoy it more. I think if I9 sent an email encouraging all players to participate in an optional weekly practice and scrimmage if they are interested, might help with getting more players to do this and thus increase league player retention from season to season.
Fun & easy
The volleyball coaches are absolutely fantastic!
The inclusion and positive experience
My 13 year old boy loves the flag football league. We wish there was a team for 14-15 years old!
My son is only 3 and can already be involved in sports! It may be a bit chaotic but hes having fun and being active!
I love the way the kids come together and you see improvement every week!!
I like that the kids can begin their sports experience in a non competitive environment, learning the basic fundamentals of sportsmanship and teamwork before moving on to competitive sport teams.
Instructors are great
The acceptance of entry level kids
Focus on fun, good coaching, fun atmosphere
It was well organized and it emphasized the kids having fun and learning sportsmanship.
You need to replace broken batting tees.
Convenient program that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and a low commitment and that it’s just once a week for a young kid that’s just trying out a new sport
That the get metals at the end and one metal
Durning the kids like that . And that practice and games are on the same day . What I don’t like that there aren’t coaches to coach the sport . And that a parent has to . When we pay to much money that they should be a coach for sports that how they learn . I think to get more
Coaches is to pay the coaches then there would always be a coach .
It’s the constant reminder and support from the coaches ! They love the kids , they are teaching them so much about family values and discipline. The program is a 10/10 definitely recommend.
I like practice and play on the same day. That has been convenient. The leaders and refs have been great to work with.
The time and location
Great programs for beginners. Not overly competitive so beginners can learn and grow. Love the weekly texts with times, location and jersey color.
